Details: That the membership shall authorize the Board of Directors to direct the Executive Officer to take the necessary steps to remove the Association out of the physical office building, with no physical replacement moving forward. Furthermore, The Board of Directors is to be empowered to review and decide on the best course of action for this transition, including but not limited to negotiating an early termination or sublease of our existing lease.
